Loose moxa, heat prevent vents

Peel off the sealing paper under the base. Ignite the front end of the moxa stick, and stick the moxa to the skin according to the acupoints. The moxa burns for about 5 minutes, and after burning, the heat penetrates the skin through the base. Remove the base once it has cooled down to normal temperature.

Precaution:
First-time users and those with sensitive skin should exercise caution when applying moxa, especially to sensitive areas.
Ensure the area is dry before application and clean it with a tissue or damp cloth afterward.
If you feel strong heat on your skin during use, please change the points or stop using it
Do not engage in vigorous activities or reuse patches.

Post application:
Keep the area dry for two hours post-application.
You might notice some moxa aroma oil residue on your skin. This is normal and can be easily removed with a tissue or a damp cloth.
Potential Risks:
Burns: Direct moxibustion can cause burns, pus, scarring, and discoloration.
Adverse Reactions: Stop use if any occur.
Avoid: Usage in drafty areas, on sensitive skin, or where eczema or dermatitis is present. As well as applying on open wounds, swollen areas, or with other topical medications.

Processing and delivery time

Orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours when products are in stock. Delivery time will take 1- 7 business days depending on your location in Canada. 

Returns

We accept returns of unopened products up to 14 days after delivery. Items on sale must be returned within 7 days. All returned items must be in their original state with the original tags and product packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase before they can be accepted for a refund.
