OS Moxa Balm

Moxa, Vaseline, special herbs, menthol, camphor, clove oil

-Apply Moxa Balm and warm the treatment area with a therapeutic heat source such as infrared or TDP lamp, or other heat source.
-Repeat the moxa Balm application 2-3 times during treatment.
-Rub over the affected area with a thin layer.
-Do not use it more than 4 times per day.
-May also be used without added heat.

-Discontinue use if discomfort or an allergic reaction is found. (i.e. red rashes or spots)
-Not recommended for young children or anyone incapable of detecting the sensation of heat.

Processing and delivery time

Orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours when products are in stock. Delivery time will take 1- 7 business days depending on your location in Canada. 

Returns

We accept returns of unopened products up to 14 days after delivery. Items on sale must be returned within 7 days. All returned items must be in their original state with the original tags and product packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase before they can be accepted for a refund.

Cancellation of orders

When you want to cancel an order, you can call or email us. We encourage you to call us directly to avoid any delay. If your order has been shipped out, it can no longer be cancelled.
