-Grasp two handles and pull them apart, then put it over your head so that it sits around your neck, making sure the two handles are at the front of your neck and the two balls are lightly pressing on the area at the back of your neck or shoulders that you want to massage.
-Then, gently pull the handles apart to force the balls to move across the area, and let the handles come back to their original position, creating a pleasant pressure on your neck or shoulders.
-Repeat this motion for a soothing and effective massage.

Processing and delivery time

Orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours when products are in stock. Delivery time will take 1- 7 business days depending on your location in Canada. 

Returns

We accept returns of unopened products up to 14 days after delivery. Items on sale must be returned within 7 days. All returned items must be in their original state with the original tags and product packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase before they can be accepted for a refund.
