-Begin by taking off the bottom copper lids from the 3 boxes
-Take a small piece of the moxa and slide it on the metal arm inside the copper boxes. (You can also put a slice of ginger in the elastic clip if needed)
-Next, light the end of the moxa inside of the copper boxes. Do not set it a flame but allow enough heat so that the moxa smokes lightly.
-Close the bottom lid of the box
-Turn the top lid of the box to desired temperature.
-Place all copper boxes in their respective pouches in the moxibustion shoe and zip them closed.
-After everything has been secured, wear the shoe or place it on the area of the body where you feel pain.
-Allow the heat and natural properties of the moxa to relieve your pain.

-Direct moxibustion can cause burns, and can result in wound, scarring and skin discoloration.
-Do not directly put the moxa boxes on the skin without the velvet waistband.
-Please consult a healthcare practitioner before using moxa if you’re pregnant, or you have other health issues.
-Do NOT use moxibustion if you are allergic to mugwort, or if you're sensitive to smoke, or have lung conditions like asthma.
-Moxibustion should not be performed on the face or on other sensitive skin areas.
-Preferably, moxibustion should not be done on children. If needed, only indirect moxa methods should be used with extreme caution.

Processing and delivery time

Orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours when products are in stock. Delivery time will take 1- 7 business days depending on your location in Canada. 

Returns

We accept returns of unopened products up to 14 days after delivery. Items on sale must be returned within 7 days. All returned items must be in their original state with the original tags and product packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase before they can be accepted for a refund.

Cancellation of orders

When you want to cancel an order, you can call or email us. We encourage you to call us directly to avoid any delay. If your order has been shipped out, it can no longer be cancelled.
